Welcome! Centerville Schools has a Student Enrollment Center, allowing families to register all their school-age children at a single location, located in the district's Board of Education Office at 111 Virginia Ave., Centerville, OH 45458. We look forward to working with your family!

Kindergarten registration for the 2020-21 school year is underway! To be eligible for kindergarten, students must be five years old by Sept. 30.
STEP 1: If you do not know which school your child will attend, visit the District Maps page or call the Transportation Department at (937) 885-7776 to check your attendance area.
STEP 3: Print and mail your completed packet, including copies of any supporting documents, to the Centerville Board of Education Office, 111 Virginia Ave., Centerville, OH 45458. On the outside of your envelope, please indicate PVN or PVS.
STEP 4: Kindergarten screening, which was originally scheduled for April 27-May 8, has been cancelled at this time. Families that have registered will be contacted as soon as our schools know if/when screening can be rescheduled.

STEP 2: After completing the enrollment packet and checklist requirements, please print and mail your packet, including copies of any supporting documents listed below, to Centerville Board of Education Office, Attn: Tom Castleman, 111 Virginia Ave., Centerville, OH 45458.
