Student Success and Wellness/Disadvantaged Pupil Impact Aid (DPIA) Funds for Fiscal Year 2024

Purpose of Funds

  • Centerville City Schools uses Student Success and Wellness and DPIA Funds to support students' social-emotional needs by removing barriers that adversely affect their learning and preparing for a successful future.

Use of Funds

  • Centerville City Schools completes the One Plan triannually, which is reviewed annually to determine areas of priority for students. CCS also works closely with ADAMHS and MCESC on prevention efforts through the Schools of Excellence in Prevention program. The district's social-emotional learning data and the input from stakeholders indicate a need for mental health and social-emotional support. CCS uses the total amount of allocated funds to provided school-based mental health therapists.
