Examples of excused absences in Centerville include absences covered by a doctor’s note, death/dying of a family member, trips out of the country or vacations approved by the principal, religious holidays, and call-in absences due to illness up to seven days. Please submit a meal assistance application through our meal payment portal, LINQConnect.com, for the current school year. Click on the “Start Meal Application” button and follow the instructions.

Paper applications are available on the Student Nutrition Services website or at your child’s school.

Information about homeschooling in Ohio is available on the Ohio Department of Education website. Parents interested in educating their children at home must complete the Home Education Notification Form and return it to Tammy Drerup, Director of Student Services, at tammy.drerup@centerville.k12.oh.us. In order to purchase a parking pass, students must first complete the Google Form application linked below. The cost of the parking pass is $35. Students must present a valid driver's license in order to purchase a pass.

Passes may be purchased from the bookkeeper in the Central Unit Office school days before advisory.
