Online Payments
Student School, Athletic, and Co-curricular Fees
The district is using an online payment system called PaySchools for families that wish to pay student fees online using a credit card. If you have not already done so, you will need to create a new account by visiting www.payschoolscentral.com and clicking on Register, entering your profile details, setting up your password via the email link that PaySchools sends to you, then logging in. Please note that you will need your child’s student ID number to complete the registration process.
You can create your new account at any time, and your child’s fees will automatically show up when they are assigned. Once you see that fees are due, you can follow the payment instructions on the PaySchools website. You can enter your credit card and/or banking information to use with your account or use guest checkout.
In addition to paying student fees, families will also be able to pay fees for athletic and co-curricular activities using PaySchools.
A PaySchools Central app is also available on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Those who do not wish to pay fees online may submit their payment to their child’s school office. If you have questions about fees, please contact your child’s school.
School Meal Payments
Our meal payment portal, TITAN Family Portal, upgraded to LINQ Connect in May 2023. There’s no need to change your username and password -- all your information has already been transferred to the new app.
Visit LINQConnect.com on your browser or download the "LINQ Connect" app from the Apple or Google Play Stores and log in with your existing username and password. If you don’t use our online meal payment portal, LINQ Connect allows you to set up one-time or recurring payments for your student’s meals. You can also view previous transactions, set spending limits, transfer funds between students, set low balance notifications, and more. It’s an easy way to manage meal payments without the hassle of sending cash.
Your child may pay with cash or check through the lunch line. Please make checks out to Centerville City Schools and put your student’s ID and the words "school lunch" on the memo line. If you send in cash or check for more than the lunch price, the money will be applied to your student’s account and every time food is purchased, money will be debited from that balance.
For further questions, please call our Student Nutrition Services Department at 937-433-8841, use the help features on the LINQ Connect website, or email support@linqconnect.com.
