Business Operations
The Business Operations office oversees district-wide purchasing as well as the operation of the maintenance/custodial, transportation, and food service departments.
In addition, the business office manages the Board of Education approved permanent improvement budget as well as facility planning, building renovations, and new construction that provide a safe and effective learning environment for our students and staff. The Director of Business Operations is an important part of the annual budgeting process, regularly monitors budget accounts, and manages cost control programs to maximize the district's financial resources.
Centerville City Schools is a member of the Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council. The EPC combines the buying power of more than 260 member school districts to generate savings by providing purchasing power for larger volumes of goods and services, such as classroom and office supplies, furniture, food, vehicles, utilities, and insurance.
Substitutes Needed
Centerville Schools needs many substitutes throughout the school year. Positions include substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, secretaries and office aides, bus drivers and aides, custodians, and kitchen workers.

Building Use
Any group wishing to reserve space in one of our facilities must complete the appropriate building use form. (Note: Centerville High School has a separate form.) These forms include information about rental group categories.
