Artemis Center empowers survivors of domestic violence to make decisions and choices that will establish and maintain safety for themselves and their children. By working collaboratively with other community services, Artemis Center advocates are able to coordinate needed services. Additionally, community education and advocacy programs help to create community best practice responses for survivors of domestic violence.

St. Vincent de Paul operates the only 24/7 emergency shelters in the Dayton area for the general population: one for men, and one for women and families. The shelters provide each person with a place to sleep, three meals daily, clothing, personal care items, showers, mail, and message services, and access to housing-focused case managers.

The Foodbank works with a network of more than 110 nonprofit partner agencies, representing 124 programs, across Montgomery, Greene, and Preble counties to ensure that all residents have the food they need to live active, healthy lives. All drive-thru distributions take place at their warehouse located at 56 Armor Place.

The Epiphany Pantry works in partnership with social agencies, churches, and schools in the Miami Valley. Because we cannot work directly with the families, you must first contact your pastor, social worker, or guidance counselor, who will in turn contact Epiphany directly.
