Cline Updates 3.25 Dear Cline Families,
Below are a few updates and reminders as we head into spring break and continue into quarter four!
Spring Break Don't forget, no school tomorrow, March 26. Enjoy the day and the start to spring break! No doubt, this is a year where everyone deserves a few days off! I hope you all get a chance to rest a bit and recharge as a family. We will be ready to welcome your children back on Monday, April 5!
Ohio State Tests Each year the state requires the administration of the Ohio State Test to students in grades 3, 4, and 5. Cline will be administering these assessments on the dates noted in the calendar below. These assessments will be completed on students' assigned devices. Remote families, a separate email will be coming outlining protocols and instructions for your students.
It is important to note that, while we are required to administer the tests, there are no penalties or ramifications for student performances due to the pandemic this school year. Progress Reports Progress Reports for quarter three will be available in HAC starting Tuesday, April 6. Hard copies will also be sent home on that Tuesday.
Yearbooks Traditional yearbooks will not be offered this school year at the elementary level. At Cline, our teachers are going to work on creating some type of memento to reflect this unique year including student photos, collages, and class photos. We certainly want to recognize the year, and give students an opportunity to reflect and think on all they have accomplished!
Book Fair We will host a spring book fair April -May 3. Students will be able to browse and purchase books during their library time. More information will follow after spring break. There also will be an opportunity to purchase books online.
PTO Meeting Join us for our next PTO meeting, Tuesday, April 13 at 7PM! Zoom link will follow the week we return.
