Spring Break There is no school this Friday as we begin our Spring Break. School will resume on Monday, April 5th.
Reminder for Remote Learning Students
You need to stay on Zoom until your teacher dismisses you. Yesterday teachers and students briefly left classrooms to give our new students a tour, review drill protocol, etc. and many students at home mistakenly dropped of Zoom. Please do not log off until you are dismissed.

With our new online enrollment system opening for kindergarten registration this month, this has actually opened enrollment for all grades K-12 for next school year. Families can enroll now for 2021-22, and their information will be saved until we begin processing it on June 7.
Information about how to enroll, as well as what documents will be needed for uploading into the enrollment system, is available on the district website. You can get to it from the homepage or by going directly to www.centerville.k12.oh.us/students-parents/enrollment. You can also click here to view the printable instructions.

Attention-Attention-Attention
Parents of all Incoming Seventh Graders 2021/2022
If your student will be entering 7th grade in the fall of 2021, the following two vaccines are required by the Ohio Department of Health:
Tdap booster vaccine - within the past five years (2016 or later) Meningococcal vaccine - If your student received this vaccine after the age of 10, the requirement has been met.
These are requirements of the Ohio Department of Health. We must have documentation of these two vaccines, OR a signed immunization waiver form. If your student will not be receiving these immunization due to personal/religious reasons, a doctor's signature is NOT required.
We need to have this information on file by the first day of school, August 18, 2021. The completed form can be submitted to my email (regan.koch@centerville.k12.oh.us), fax (937-433-5256), or mailed to the school.
