Here's some more information from the organizers of the CHS Spirit Chain: This is an annual friendly fundraiser competition between Centerville and Kettering Fairmont to raise money for deserving charities. This will be the 35th annual spirit chain and through the years both schools have raised a cumulative total of upwards of 2.3 million dollars for multiple charities. The Centerville Student Council is working together to provide for our local community which has been struggling during these unprecedented times.
Food2Go: provides weekend food to Centerville City School students with food insecurities in a respectful, nonjudgmental manner. The program is solely funded by the generosity of the Centerville community. Open Arms Clinic: a local clinic that provides no cost health services for the uninsured and the underinsured in the area. Miami County Dental Clinic: provides quality dental care and oral health education to the uninsured and those on state-assisted insurances. MCDC is a non-profit organization purely funded by individuals donors and foundations.
