Dear PVN families,
As we work towards a return to in-person learning on Tuesday, January 19th here is important information:
-There is NO SCHOOL on Monday, January 18th as we celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. -If you notified us to make a change in your child's learning location (in-person to remote or remote to in-person) you should have received a phone call or voicemail on Friday regarding your child's class placement. If you did not, please call our office at 937.438.6062. -If you still want to change your child's learning location, it is very important that you contact me (by email or phone) immediately. -Please check HAC for your child's transportation information on Monday, January 18th in case there are last minute changes. If your child's transportation schedule has changed, please contact us ASAP. -We will remain remote on Wednesdays and we will follow the same remote schedule with the exception of changes made to the Integrated Arts schedule which your teacher should have already shared. -Please send any school supplies that we've sent home with/for your child back to school with your child for classroom use.
For our learners that will continue remotely, we will have a supply pick up: Wed. 1/13 3:00-7:00 p.m. Thurs 1/14 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Fri. 1/15 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thank you for working so closely with us during yet another transition. We look forward to having more of our students back in the building soon!
Take care and stay safe,
Mindy Cline
