CHS Spirit Chain City BBQ Takeover - Jan. 20 A group of Centerville High School seniors has decided to get the ball rolling continuing the tradition of CHS Spirit Chain this year. This year, we are collecting money for Open Arms Clinic, Miami County Dental Clinic and Food 2 Go. Throughout the next couple of weeks there will be multiple fundraisers and ways to donate. On Wednesday, Jan. 20, there will be a City BBQ takeover (for contributions to Spirit Chain, use FUNDRAISER A). Additionally, look for donation tip jars at local restaurants and sporting events. Go Elks and let's make a difference! COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES Nailed It! At-Home Edition - Jan. 16 [Grades K-5] Compete in the library's virtual version of Nailed It with your family! Greater Dayton Chinese School (GDCS) Offers Free Trial Classes [All ages] GDCS offers free trial classes on Jan. 10 and Jan. 17, 2021. GDCS offers a variety of Chinese classes as well as extracurricular classes. Our chess class will be taught by a Ohio chess champion. Centerville Middle School Track [Grades 7-8] Attention all 7th and 8th grade middle school students who are interested in running track this year: We are asking you to fill in the interest sheet so that we can begin to send out information when it becomes available. The season starts on Monday, March 2, and you will need to have all paper work filled out and turned-in prior to the start of the season.
