Moving between in-person and remote learning options has been challenging for our students, staff members and families. In an effort to help balance the disruptions to learning during the first semester and to assist with intervention and remediation efforts, we have made some adjustments to the 2020-21 academic calendar.
- Second quarter will now end on Friday, Jan. 15. This is especially relevant to the high school level as it means students will stay with their classes through the current remote learning period and then begin any new classes when in-person instruction is planned to resume on Tuesday, Jan. 19.
- There will be no school on Thursday, Feb. 25 or Friday, Feb. 26. Parent-teacher conferences will now be held on Feb. 24-25, and classes will be in session, remotely, on Jan. 14-15.
- Third quarter will now end on Friday, March 19.
- The updated calendar reflects that remote learning will continue on Wednesdays once in-person learning resumes. Students will learn remotely from home on the current abbreviated schedule.
- At this time, all other breaks and the last day of school remain unchanged.

We will continue to evaluate our calendar as the year progresses and keep you informed of any other changes as soon as possible.
Have a safe and relaxing Thanksgiving break!
