News for Oct. 16, 2020 FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Monday, October 19th On Monday, all In Person students will report to school. Our Remote Learners will Zoom into the class periods at the beginning of each period . We ask that our Remote Learners please be patient as this will be the first time the teachers juggle remote learners and in-person learners. We will begin using our A Day, B Day schedule. Monday is A Day. Students will report to their first period class.
Please make sure your child has charged up their device over the weekend. We will begin distributing chrome books to the 6th graders on Monday.

Parent Early Pick Up and Dropping Off Items
If you need to pick up your child early for an appointment, please stay in your car and call the school. We will get your child out of class and send them out to you. If you are returning a child to school following an appointment, you can just drop them off with their note.
If your child has forgotten items that you need to bring to the school, their will be a table on the porch with sticky notes. Please label the items and leave them on the table. Ring the bell, and someone will come out to retrieve the items.
Student Information Sheets
Each year, our schools ask parents/guardians to update the student information we have on record. This year we are completing this process online, and parents/guardians should receive an email this week from our Technology Department (sender is notify@centerville.k12.oh.us). Please check your child's information carefully and update phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts and more.
It is very important that we have this updated information as soon as possible. If you have any trouble accessing or filling out the form, please call the school and we can help.
Please think through your travel plans when deciding whether or not to drive your child to school. The construction that is happening in front of the school is not projected to be finished until late Nov and will impact parent drop off and pick up. If your child spends less than 15 minutes on the bus, that would not be considered an exposure risk. We will be unloading busses as soon as they arrive so students will not be sitting on the bus in our lot.
