News for July 17, 2020 Hello PVS Families! I hope your family is healthy and happy!
You should've received an email from Centerville Schools outlining the choices for in-person (beginning the year in a 50/50 blended model) OR fully online for the first semester.
If your family is new to CCS, just enrolled from a different district/school OR if you are an incoming kindergarten/young fives family, you will NOT be able to "vote" on which option you want for your child until the end of the day today due to our district data rollover. The rollover will take a few hours to complete today. Once it is complete you will be able to login and register your child's learning option for next school year. Keep in mind you have until Friday, June 24th to respond.
Please note, if you do not have an HAC account set up you will need to follow these directions, which were in the original email, to activate your account so that you can "vote".
If you have not completed the registration process on the Home Access Center (HAC), you will need to do that first. Click here to start the registration process. Please use the parent/guardian information that was used at enrollment when completing the HAC registration process.
Finally, we do have an Elks Back to School webpage and FAQ page set up on the website. We'll be updating these pages frequently as we confirm details and have more information about the upcoming school year.
I have received many questions since the district email went out. I am working hard to answer all of your emails and phone calls. The FAQ page should help answer a lot of those questions.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions/concerns. I will be on vacation next week but plan to check email/voicemail regularly. Please know our district and our school cares deeply about your children and your family and we are doing our very best to make the upcoming school year a success!
Warmly, Amy Allen PVS Principal
