MS CROSS COUNTRY REGISTRATION NOW UNDERWAY: All incoming 7th and 8th grade boys and girls at Magsig, Tower Heights, or Watts who wish to run cross country this fall should visit https://forms.gle/WS73zYW77TziVN5v6 to place their name on the tryout roster. Once you have visited the link and signed up, please visit our website (http://www.centervilleelkathletics.com) and click on the more tab and then parent info to access all of the required forms. Any student-athlete wishing to run this fall must have on file in the training room at CHS the following forms: 1. 2020-2021 OHSAA Physical Exam Form (6 pages) 2. 2020-2021 EMA form (1 page) 3. 2020-2021 Concussion Information Sheet (3 pages – you keep pages 1 and 2 and return page 3) 4. 2020-2021 Code of Conduct form (4 pages) 5. 2020-2021 Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form All paperwork must be turned in at the Centerville HS Athletic Office so that it may be checked for all required signatures and dates. No paperwork is to be turned in to the coaches and no person will be allowed to participate in any of the practice sessions unless all five forms are on file and have been verified. The first regular practice of the year is Monday, August 3rd from 4-5:30 at Forest Field Park. Until school starts, practice will be held from 4-5:30 every Monday-Friday at Forest Field Park. The coaches will share the remaining practice schedule with everyone during the first week of practice and post it on the MS Cross Country website at https://centervillemiddleschoolcc.weebly.com. If you are interested in running, please understand it is a 5-6 day per week commitment. Each team will practice Monday-Friday until the season begins and the meets will be every Saturday throughout the season from August 29 through October 17. The teams will not practice on Friday nights once school starts. CENTERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL FALL COLORGUARD: Attention all incoming freshmen students…we are holding open auditions for the fall colorguard of the 2020 Centerville Jazz Band. Please see the attached flyer. This is an opportunity open to any student who has an interest in performing and wants to be a part of something GREAT!
