PLEASE: Have all items to be returned to school in a bag or box with the student's name on it. The box needs to be in your trunk. Items should include textbooks, library books, classroom books, etc. You will return all the items that belong to the school. *Please label the instruments as "Band" or "Orchestra".
All cars must enter using the main front entrance. The entrance is on the north side of the building. The first stop will be at the gym entrance. Students and parents will stay in the car. Once you have pulled up to the first stop you will open your trunk from the inside of your car or, if you don't have a trunk release, one person will get out and open it and then return to your car. A staff member will retrieve the box or bag from your trunk. Your trunk will remain open while you proceed to the pick up point.
Then you will drive around the building to the second stop. Once you have pulled up to the second stop a staff member will bring out your student's locker items and place them in your trunk.
PLEASE NOTE: *Not every student has items to pick up. A good number of our lockers were empty, as we had students clean them out before we went on remote learning and we told students to bring everything home.
*We have done the best we can in terms of gathering student belongings. Your child may have items in lost in found, in the locker room, or in a teacher's classroom. Unfortunately you cannot get these items today. Yearbooks will be included in the items to be picked up.
