STUDENT MATERIALS DROP OFF / PICK UP Resending now that it's almost time!
In an effort to protect our families and our staff, please adhere to the following procedures and schedule. This will allow us to maintain social distancing and be respectful to most of our families with children at more than one level.
Traffic Flow Entrance / Exit • Enter off of Marshall Road • Exit onto Limberlost Trail
Two Stops • Stop #1: Main Entrance = Drop Off / Return • Stop #2: Gym Entrance = Pick Up Helpful Identification • Please display student's last name in the passenger-side windshield or passenger-side window • Please label drop off / return items with student's first and last name AND teacher's name
Drop Off / Return Items Teachers will be sending you information about what was sent home with students since that varies greatly by teacher. Generic items may include: • Library Books (You should have received an email with a list of specific items that need to be returned.) • Classroom Library Books • Textbooks • Chromebooks and/or WiFi Hotspots...ONLY if your student is not returning to Centerville for the 2020.2021 school year
Pick Up Items Items your student may receive at pick up: • Items from Desks • Classwork / Projects / Artwork • End of Year Certificates • Yearbooks (hopefully) • Items from Lockers (5th grade only) • Memory Books (5th grade only) • Spirit Wear (if applicable)
Safety Precautions • Staff volunteers will wear masks and gloves. • Families may consider wearing masks as well. • All families and students should STAY in their vehicles. • Use your trunk or back seat for a contactless drop off / pick up.
Schedule • In an effort to ensure families are not expected to be at multiple buildings at the same time, a district-wide schedule has been created. • The schedule below is for all 2-5 elementary buildings and is based on the student's last name. Additional Pick Up Times • Families should call the school office to schedule (937.434.0562).
