Weller Families, The information below details the procedures for Student Pick-Up and Drop-off of supplies. Please read everything carefully! In an effort to protect our families and our staff, please adhere to the following procedures and schedule. This will allow us to maintain social distancing and be respectful to most of our families with children at more than one level. - Materials Drop-off and Pick-up will occur May 26, 27, 28
- The schedule is posted at the bottom of this message. Please adhere to your scheduled time. If you cannot make the scheduled time during the day, there is an evening option each day (6:00-7:00pm) to come get materials. If you cannot make either time work, please email Mr. Boeke at andrew.boeke@centerville.k12.oh.us to schedule a separate time after these pickup dates to get your materials.
- ALL drop-off and pick-up materials will occur at the BACK ENTRANCE BY THE GYM (off of Ariadne Dr). This is our standard parent drop off area. Please do NOT come to the front entrance.
- Families WILL NOT get out of their cars. Once in the parking lot, you will follow the standard traffic pattern for parent drop-off/pickup. We will do the best we can to keep traffic moving. All of our volunteers will be in masks and gloves.
- If you have items to give back to the school, please have them bagged and in your trunk. We will take them out for you. There is more information at the bottom of this message about this.
- We will also place student's supplies left at school in your trunk. YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING OUT OF YOUR CAR. We will make sure ALL student belongings are in their bag. This will include field trip money, spring pictures, art projects, items from their desk/locker, etc.
- Medication left in the clinic will be placed in a separate bag. That bag will be placed into the larger bag with the other supplies.
- We are NOT collecting Chrome Books or Hotspots for the summer. Families will keep those through the summer (unless you are moving out of district).
Drop off Materials Many students have taken home books and supplies that belong to the school. Items that could have been borrowed could include but not limited to: - Library Books
- Textbooks
- Classroom Reading Books
- Book in a Bag
As mentioned above, please have these materials bagged and in your trunk. We will remove them . If you are not sure if your child has a library book checked out, please follow the directions below to see. As of Thursday, May 21st, we have processed most (if not all) the library books that were left in classrooms. As always, if you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to reach out via email! Thanks! Andrew Boeke |
