News for May 20, 2020
School Announcements Tower Heights Parents- The end of the Fourth Quarter is Thursday, May 28th. We will run Fourth Quarter report cards the first week of June. Report card grades will be either a "P" for "Pass" or an "I" for "Incomplete".
I once again suggest that you go to HAC to review your child's progress. In HAC at this time a "P" means that your child has completed the assignment and received credit. A blank or a "Z" means that the assignment was not turned in. A text bubble is a comment from the teacher. Most of you will see a column of "P" grades. This is great- it means your child is on track for the 4th quarter. If there are missing assignments- since due dates are flexible- your child still has a few weeks to complete and submit them. Feel free to email me with any questions or concerns. Clint.freese@centerville.k12.oh.us
The drop off/pick up schedule was sent out again yesterday for Tower Heights for next week. If you have any questions, please email monica.benbow@centerville.k12.oh.us. Even if you believe your students locker was empty, please stop at the pick up station after dropping items off. Many items have turned up that need to be given to the student. Thank you!

Attention 8th grade students Centerville High School English Required Summer Reading 2020
The school-wide summer reading will focus on the novel Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand. We are very excited to have the opportunity to provide each student a copy of the book. Books will be placed along with other student's personal items May 26th – 28th.
The summer reading is designed not only to maintain skills during vacation, but also to foster the enjoyment of reading as a leisure activity. We hope to inspire all of our students to become lifelong readers.
All students should begin the year prepared to participate in discussions and assignments connected to this text.
