Final Material Pick-up/Drop off Information I apologize for all the emails yesterday. We were having some technical difficulties. I have placed all the information in this email so you have it all in one spot.
Normandy Families,
We began the year with students toting supplies to Normandy and we end the year with staff members returning them to you! A typical last day includes lots of hugging, touching, talking, and tears; however this year we will say our goodbyes with a wave, well wishes and hope!
In order to ensure social distancing, we have a pick up/drop off schedule limiting the number of cars, allowing us to collect and distribute items safely. We have scheduled families alphabetically by last names. Try your best to adhere to the schedule. We have evening hours for families who are unable to come during the day.
We will approach this process much like our arrival and dismissal. We ask that you pull up to the bus loading zone where you will be greeted by a staff member. Please display a sign with your child's last name/first name and open your trunk. A staff member will direct you through two stop points. We will pick up items you are returning at one stop and deliver personal items at the other.
Items to return to school Please mark items with your child's name and teacher name. Place all items you are returning to school in your trunk.
Safety precautions
Additional pick-up times May 29 - June 5 by appointment only. Please call the office to schedule.
Take care, Rebecca O'Neil
