Registration for the Voyager AfterSchool Program for 2020-2021 Is OPEN.
The Registration Packet is available online at www.centerville.k12.oh.us listed under "Students and Parents". You may complete the forms online, save them to your desktop, then email them to laura.cooke@centerville.k12.oh.us AND karen.sirmans@centerville.k12.oh.us . (Both need to receive the completed forms.) As a consideration for the current economy we are waiving Registration Fees for this year. Once we receive the forms we will email you a Confirmation Letter. Currently, all school offices and Central Offices are working remotely so we are attempting to handle most registrations electronically. You may also print the forms, fill them out and mail them to our Attention: at 111 Virginia Avenue, 45458. Send no money. Eventually we will have Packets available at the schools and at Central Office. Special Note: For Parents of 2019-2020 students who were not able to finish March, April or May Voyager. You will receive a credit toward your child's account when we start again. (Parents of 5th grade students may receive a refund (we will be in touch with you) or if they have a younger sibling it will be added to their account.) Thank you for your support.
