Tabletop Gaming There will be an informational meeting for students during Lunches A and B tomorrow. If you like to play board games or card games, this is the club for you!
Washington D.C. 2020 Trip Informational Parent Meeting There will be an informational meeting for any parent or guardian interested in learning more about the 2020 Washington D.C. trip. This trip is open to current 8th grade students at Tower Heights and Magsig. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 17th at 6:30pm in the Tower Heights Library. PTO Meeting
Please join us for our first PTO meeting of the year on Thursday, September 12 at 11am at Magsig. Dr. Tom Henderson, Superintendent of Centerville City Schools, will join us for our first meeting to discuss the Levy on the November ballot. We will also be reviewing our plans for this year and approving our new budget. Be sure to join us if you have the time! Just check in with the office and they will direct you to our meeting location. The PTO meets most months to discuss school needs, allocate PTO funds to various teacher requests, and plan for upcoming events. These are open meetings – you are all welcome and encouraged to attend!

ATHLETIC NEWS
Attention Skiers and Boarders- It may be warm outside now but we are "thinking snow" as early as we can! If you like trying new things, meeting new people, enjoy cold weather and playing in the snow this is the club for you! The Centerville Middle School Ski and Rider Club is celebrating 16 years and is for Centerville middle school students only, however any friend, family member or alumni can take advantage of our awesome discount pricing! Club registration will begin Tuesday September 24th at 7am. Check out our website www.bestskiandriderclub.com for more information. This is a very popular club and will fill up quickly and space is limited. There is a pay to play fee of $60 & Club dues $35 that need turned in at the October 17th meeting at 8pm and a Perfect North pass needs purchased by Nov 1st. Middle School Boys Basketball Open Gym The open gyms are available for all 7th and 8th grade boys interested in playing basketball Please click here to see the dates and times for open gym.
Lacrosse Updates!
Attention 7th & 8th Grade GIRLS: Are you interested in trying out for the girls middle school lacrosse team this spring? Then come to open fields on Mondays in September & October from 4:15 – 5:15 at Watts Middle School (first session on Sept. 9 and no session on Oct. 14th). We will be working outside on stick skills, conditioning, and team bonding. Existing players should bring lacrosse gear & water bottle. All girls need a mouth guard. Attention 6th Grade BOYS & GIRLS: The Centerville Youth Lacrosse club would like to invite boys and girls in grades K-6 to attend our upcoming "Give Lacrosse a Try" days on September 22 and/or September 28 from 4-6pm at Robert F Mays Park, 10553 Paragon Rd, Centerville, OH 45459.
