News for May 15, 2019 PTO NEWS:
Don't forget to sign up to volunteer for the John Hole Field Day, which is scheduled for the morning of Thursday, May 30th (the last day of school). It is a fun morning for the students, requiring at least 30 adult volunteers for the different activities. Volunteers arrive at 7:50 and are here until 11:00 AM.
Return the purple Field Day form from your student's take home folder or sign up online @ the sign up genius for Field Day
We also hope you will consider joining us for the final PTO meeting of the year, next Tuesday, May 21st, at 6:30 PM in the IMC.
We will be voting on executive board positions, the Tiger Pride art contest winners and making final decisions about summertime spending for the school.
If you are interested in joining our team for next year, we are currently seeking parents for the positions of Vice President, Assistant Treasurer and Recording Secretary. We are also sending home a flyer detailing all of our open positions for the PTO for next year. We hope that you will take the time to read over our openings and determine if any of them are a fit for you. Our PTO plays a vital link in support of our teachers and making John Hole the wonderful school it is; but we can't do it without your support!
If you have any questions or are interested in one of these positions, email Carla Berkshire at johnholepto@gmail.com.
