Diversifying & Including
Diversifying and including empowers our community of learners with knowledge, skills, and empathy to effectively engage with a diverse world for the betterment of all. An inclusive environment recognizes the presence of individual differences and is intentional in its engagement of these differences through mutual respect. It will develop and enhance trusting relationships where all feel safe, supported, and encouraged to express their views.
Diversifying & Including is one of the five focus areas included in the district's Strategic Plan. Growth will be evident through improvement in these four areas:
Elks Express Summer 2025 Events
From May through July, the Elks Express will make several stops around the community to encourage children to stay engaged in learning. Each event has a different theme with related activities. All events are FREE! Mark your calendar and be sure to stop by when we're in your neighborhood!
