Information will be available on the Home Access Center website, and parents/guardians should use their existing log-in information to view the information.

With the start of the 2021-22 school year just two weeks away, Centerville City Schools has announced that bus route information, teacher assignments and student schedules will be available online beginning at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 11. The district also needs parents/guardians to provide emergency information for their children.

Information will be available on the Home Access Center website (https://hac.centerville.k12.oh.us). Parents/guardians should use their existing log-in information to view the information.

If you have never accessed HAC, use the link above, then scroll down toward the bottom of the page where you will see a link labeled “Click Here to Register for HAC.” In order for this process to work, you must have a valid email address on record. You also will need to confirm the first/last name, city and zip code for the parent/guardian. These values must match what was submitted at the time of enrollment. Please email hac@centerville.k12.oh.us if you need any assistance with logging into your account.

Remember, if you have multiple children enrolled in Centerville Schools, you will need to toggle between individual students using the button in the top right corner of the HAC website.

Bus Route Information

Once you have logged into HAC, you will see your child’s bus route by clicking on the Registration icon at the top of the page. Transportation information will be displayed in the middle of the screen.

If you need to make long-term changes to transportation arrangements during the school year, please complete a new Transportation Form and return it to your child’s school. For temporary changes (less than two weeks) to transportation arrangements, such as your child riding a different bus after school, please complete the Temporary Transportation Form and return it to your child’s school as needed. Calendars for transportation will no longer be accepted; you must complete the appropriate form.

Please see the Back to School Basics web page, www.centerville.k12.oh.us/students-parents/back-to-school, for additional Transportation information, including links to the forms mentioned above.

Teacher Assignments and Student Schedules

Once you have logged into HAC, you will find your elementary child’s teacher assignment by clicking on the Registration icon at the top of the page and then looking for the homeroom teacher. Class lists will be posted during school open houses.

Class schedules for middle and high school students will also be available on HAC. You will find this information by clicking on the Classes icon at the top of the page.

Returning Student Registration Forms

In the coming days, parents/guardians with students that are returning to Centerville City Schools will receive an email with information about updating your child’s Student Registration Forms online. This information must be updated electronically and includes important online forms for your child, such as the Computer User Agreement, Guardian and Emergency Contacts, Emergency Medical Form and several others. The forms will be accessed through HAC. Please update this information before Aug. 30 so we have accurate information on file for your child. If your child is a new student to Centerville City Schools, your family completed these forms during the enrollment process and will not have to complete them again until next year when you will have a returning student.
