Request for Distribution of Materials

Community organizations wishing to distribute materials to families in Centerville Schools must receive approval from the Office of the Superintendent. Please complete a Request for Distribution of Materials form or contact the Board of Education Office at 937-433-8841 for information about distributing materials. Requests must be submitted five days prior to distribution.

Information will be distributed in electronic format ONLY. Approved information, along with a website link for more information (recommended) OR an electronic flyer, will be included in up to two issues of the district's e-newsletter.
