Request for Distribution of Materials

Community organizations wishing to distribute materials to families in Centerville Schools must receive approval from the Office of the Superintendent. Please complete a Request for Distribution of Materials form or contact the Board of Education Office at (937) 433-8841 for information about distributing materials. Requests must be submitted one week (seven days) prior to distribution.
