TEC Call System

Centerville Schools use The Education Connection (TEC), an automated message service that allows us to contact our school-parent community within minutes. The service is voice-activated so you will have to acknowledge the call and at least say “Hello.” If you are unable to answer, TEC will leave a message. Please wait until the message is received and listen to your voicemail. If you don’t have voicemail set up, you can call the number on your caller ID (937-813-2903) to listen to the message.

TEC will call the phone number on file as your child's home number, as well as the cell phone numbers for the two primary guardians. You can check this information in the Home Access Center (HAC). Each guardian must log in to update their own contact information. At the beginning of each school year, you will be asked to update electronic Student Registration Forms, which will give you the opportunity to update contact information, emergency contacts and more.

Request for Distribution of Materials

Community organizations wishing to distribute materials to families in Centerville Schools must receive approval from the Office of the Superintendent. Please complete a Request for Distribution of Materials form or contact the Board of Education Office at 937-433-8841 for information about distributing materials. Requests must be submitted five days prior to distribution.

Information will be distributed in electronic format ONLY. Approved information, along with a website link for more information (recommended) OR an electronic flyer, will be included in up to two issues of the district's e-newsletter.
