Online Care Notebook  Use this resource to create an online binder for school and medical information.  Many Health Summary forms can be downloaded as well.

OCALI (Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence) is offering a webstream session on the Third Thursday of each month for families of children with disabilities. All sessions will be archived for your convenience. On November 19, 2015 beginning at 6:30 pm the topic will be The Autism Certification Center (ACC).
