Jazz Band to host Community Night

The Centerville High School Jazz Band will hold its second annual Community Night from 5-9 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 14 at the football stadium. Food trucks will be open beginning at 5 p.m., and the Centerville Jazz Band will give a free performance at 7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Read more

Pasta dinner to support CHS Spirit Chain
Centerville High School students are continuing to raise money for their annual Spirit Chain competition against Kettering Fairmont. One of this year's fundraisers is the annual pasta dinner, which takes place next Wednesday, Oct. 18 from 6-8 p.m. at CHS. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $7 for children and can be purchased the night of the event. Proceeds benefit this year's chosen charities – Brigid's Path and Oak Tree Corner.

Washington Township Fire Department Open Houses
[All ages] The Fire Department is holding a week of open houses during fire prevention week, Oct. 9-13. A different fire station will be open each night of the week from 5-7 p.m. with demonstrations and great opportunities to learn safety tips.
 

Campus Trick-or-Treat
[Grades PreK-1] We would like to invite children from pre-K to K-1 to the St. Leonard campus for Trick-or-Treat.

Beyond Limits: A Sunday Morning Group for Adolescents and Adults with Intellectual Disabilities

[Grades 9-12] Beginning Sunday, Oct. 8, Christ United Methodist Church at 3440 Shroyer Road, Kettering, across from the Fraze, will be offering a Sunday morning small group for adolescents and adults with intellectual disabilities, that will meet 9:30-10:30 a.m.
