H1N1 Information

All Centerville students received a packet of information to take home about an opportunity to participate in upcoming H1N1 vaccines at school, on dates determined by each individual school. All of the information parents and care givers need is also available here. To receive the H1N1 vaccine each student must return a signed parental consent form. Students are constantly being reminded by staff to wash their hands several times during the school day, and to cover coughs and sneezes.
