The Big Bad Wolf by Connor Wolfe
Once upon a time there lived three little pigs. The big bad wolf is a mean, nasty, clever character. He tries to blow all of the three little pigs houses down. I think the big bad wolf is a terrible character.

Diameter by: Austin Lim.
For math, Miss Groeber writes a schedule for what we have to do in math. One thing we learned in math is diameter. Diameter is when you find the center of a shape. The line has to touch both sides of the circle.

JANUARY 2012  Edition

Our New Lunch Line
By Austin, Ethan, Sophia, Taylor and Mrs. Westendorf

Did you know that we have a new way to line up for lunch? Because it was so noisy in the hall during lunch, our principal decided that we should line up in the cafeteria instead of in the hall. The teachers didn’t get enough time for lunch because they had to stand in the hall with us. So Mr. Abbott, our custodian, moved the tables away from the wall and we line up against the wall in the cafeteria. We just started and so far the principal said we are doing good. It really, really helps!

Austin’s New Year’s Resolution
By: Austin Lim
My New Year’s resolution is to let my Mom have a break from making my lunch because when she comes home from court she’s a little tired. I should make it happen by letting my Mom lie down and watch television while I make my lunch. In my lunch, I will pack a pack of chips, a juice box, an apple sauce, a sandwich, a napkin, and two snacks for the bottom part, one snack for class, and one for voyager. I like making my lunch.

My Cat Shadow by Taylor Truett

My cat is so cute, but that is his ways of attack!!!!!My cat Shadow attacks me every day, I don’t know why. He has to stay at my house. His attacks me viciously, but it is just a phase. When he attacks me, he runs to my arm and hangs.

My Cat By Ethan Knell

I have a cat and her name is Daphne. She hides in weird places such as my desk, the Christmas tree and even under my mom’s bed. I get her out with a treat. She likes my mom. She scratches my mom. My cat sleeps with my mom.

Sophia’s Video Game Skills by Sophia Turner
I really love to play on my brother’s Wii . I play Madagascar Escape To Africa, Kirby’s Return to Dreamland, Kirby’s Epic Yarn, Pokepark Wii ,Pikachu’s Adventure and The Hobbit. Sometimes I keep losing but I think I can handle it. I wonder why games get so hard? I wish I can complete all my games.
